Night Guards

A night guard is a great way to protect the chewing surface of our teeth.  Clenching and grinding, also called Bruxism, can cause damage to the chewing surface of our teeth.  These symptoms include:

• Tightness in the jaw

• Frequent headaches

• Severe tooth wear (often chipping or cracking)
